In early 2022, Nearform rolled out its global Sustainability programme, intended to contribute to the public good and ensure that we are operating ethically and sustainably to ensure long term success - of our people, our business and our planet.

A programme with purpose
Environmental is about how we protect the environment by preserving natural resources, such as by tracking and reducing our carbon footprint.
Social is about ensuring we administer fair practices focusing on inclusivity, diversity, equity and accessibility.
Economic is about managing our resources, ensuring our employee and company policies are fit for purpose and that we report transparently to our shareholders and clients.
Our initiatives within each of these pillars are aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Remote-first climate action
Our unique footprint gives us a head start on driving positive climate action. We measure and reduce emissions, and plant trees for environment and community benefit, to support a sustainable future.
Empowering with education
We partner with E-ducare, supporting their mission to provide education to vulnerable children with our funding of a learning centre, donating laptops, and supporting the creation of coding classes.
Supporting our people
Nearformers drive our company’s success. We prioritise their mental, physical and financial wellbeing through a number of initiatives aimed at supporting them to thrive at work and beyond.
